Lunch Program Information


Lassen View Elementary School District is proud to participate in the Child and Adult Food Care Program
In this program we are able to provide a free meal after school in the Lassen View Cafeteria to all Lassen View students who are participating in an afterschool program.  Meals will be served from 3:00-3:30. If you have any questions, please contact our office at (530) 527-5162

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) is a federally assisted meal program operating in public and nonprofit private schools and residential child care institutions. It provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost or free lunches to children each school day. The program was established under the National School Lunch Act, signed by President Harry Truman in 1946.
